The site is very clearly laid out, including prices. The bulb I wanted was a fairly obscure type, but it was in stock and delivered within a few days. Tracking information was provided for the parcel, which was received exactly when promised. I will definitely be using this company again as they provide an excellent service.

I found the type of bulb that I wanted. Long barrel GU10 are quite hard to find now because they are uncommon. The ordering process was easy and delivery was quick, given the current postal disputes.
I had to buy a complete set for kitchen and bathroom because the original type are no longer available. The brightness, colour temperature and hue are different for each make of LED (unlike the old fashioned filament bulbs) and the lighting looks very odd with a mixture of types.

I found this company to have first class Customer Service.
They responded promptly and efficiently to my enquiry.
I will have no hestitation in using them again and highly recommend them to others.

A good clear web site to choose a product from. Once selected the communication from the supplier was quick and accurate. The product has arrived in good order and is exactly as described.

Good product range, great prices, clear communication. What's not to like? I always use simplyLED for all my lighting requirements.

Still waiting for delivery, but not simplyLED's fault, purely down to Royal Mail strikes.

These bulbs are not quite what I wanted I thought they were proximity sensor bulbs not daylight sensor bulbs and they do not work all that well in a hallway with limited natural daylight, so they have turned out to be very expensive light bulb as they only work as a normal switched light bulb. I think the description should be more specific, as clearly it is open to misunderstanding which in my case has been an expensive one.

I could not find any small spherical bulbs suitable for wall lights and table lamps (40, 60 100 watt equivalent), which have pearl glass. I personally don't like to see the orange "stamen-like" filaments I also could'nt find any pearl candle bulbs (100watt equivalent) for chandeliers.

Very pleased with this order, easy to navigate Web site, great choice of led lamps, package arrived in 48hrs and when led's were fitted they have perfect dimming transition and for 5W lamps we had step down the brightness to a comfort setting. 5* service.

Bought the Zinc lens Dusk till dawn wall lights for new extension as we wanted low level light throughout the night and enough light to sit out on an evening and these are ideal. Good product and good service from SimplyLED.
